I realized you people never get tired of bashing the rate at which topics get to front page buh methinks we should all get used to it. Isn't it a waste of time and space when d comment goes thus: 'na dis topic mk front page?'.
Since everyone wanna make front page, I find it the mods are giving everyone the chance to make this most coveted front page. I mean, look at the way some folk gets angry because a topic from their section won't make front page.
Some people hold the belief that a topic must have numerous comments before it can make front page. Well, it shouldn't be so because if the topic is informative or emergency news, where else should it be, if not front page.
To the mods guilty of unfairness, it is your time, enjoy it. 'Mods go, mods come, nairaland still remain'
Lastly, to those that will accuse Seun because a front page topic makes them puke, remember this forum might be a public one but it is owned by an individual and makes it a private enterprise.

Its better for some threads not to hit frontpage. Time without number I've noticed a drop in intellectual responses immediately a thread gets there.

I'm beginning to prefer for intellectual threads not to hit frontpage as it retains a high level of decorum and intelligence.
