Starting from tomorrow,no vehicle would be allowed to move in Maiduguri and some parts of Borno State. The step is taken by the Nigerian Army in Maiduguri, Borno State to prevent a plan by Boko haram insurgents to carry out major attacks this season. The ban will commence from 6:00pm tomorrow, 24th December to 7:00am on Sunday 28th December 2014. Great step by the military!
