I formally created a thread on real crazy laws but was cleared during the Nairaland tsunami These are more funny laws It is legal for an employer to fire a female employee for being to too sexy. (Iowa) It is illegal to have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at all times. (Alabama) In Indiana it’s illegal for a man to be sexually aroused in public. It is illegal to bite a landlord under any circumstances. (Maine) It is illegal not to drink milk. (Utah) A man may face 60 days in jail for patting a girl's ass. (Virginia) No man may say to his wife that she is “uglier than her mother”. The penalty is up to 1 year in prison. (Denmark) In Oxford, It is unlawful for a woman to appear in public while unshaven. This includes legs and face. (Ohio) In Switzerland, it is illegal to flush a toilet after 10pm. (Switzerland) In Samoa it is illegal to forget your wife’s birthday. (Samoa) In Florida, it’s illegal to fart in a public place after 6pm on a Thursday. (Florida) It is a criminal offence call a policeman, “Shitface”. (Alabama) A woman can not be on top in sexual activities. (Massachusetts) In Iowa, it is illegal for a man with a mustache to kiss a woman in public. (Iowa) It illegal for a woman to drive a car unless her husband is waving a flag in front of it. (Louisiana) Cats and dogs are not allowed to have sex without a permit. (California) It is illegal for a chicken to lay an egg on a Friday or Saturday. (Israel) Oral s.ex is illegal unless it is used as a form of pre-intimacy. (Singapore) If a man asks a woman to go on a date she can not refuse him more. (Japan) Since 1173 it has been illegal to die. (Italy) It is illegal to be an alcoholic. (Louisiana) Women are legally obliged to wear bras in buildings with air conditioning. (Japan) A man may be arrested for wearing a skirt. (Italy) It is illegal in many parts for a wife to see her husband naked under any circumstance. (Israel) Picking your nose on Saturday is forbidden. (Israel) In Trinity college students can demand a glass of wine at any time during an exam, provided they are wearing their sword. (Ireland) If a Leprechaun calls at your door you must, by law, give him a share of your dinner. (Ireland) No woman is allowed to be taller than her husband – if necessary she must chop off a section of her legs. (Indonesia) Sex without a condom is considered illegal. (Nevada) A betrayed wife is legally allowed to kill her adulterous husband, but may only do so with her bare hands. (Hong Kong) No one is allowed to play electronic games. (Greece) If one is not married, it is illegal for him to have sexual relations. (Virginia) During October-fest no person is ever legally drunk – no matter how much alcohol they have consumed. (Germany) A pillow can be considered a “passive” weapon. (Germany) An ashtray is considered to be a deadly weapon. (France)

It is illegal to sleep naked. (Minnesota) Committing suicide is punished by Death. (England) It is illegal for women to wear trousers. (France) Attempting to escape from prison is not illegal, however, if a person is caught he is required to serve out remainder of his term. (Denmark) A woman may only have sex with her husband, and the first time this happens, her mother must be in the room to witness. (Colombia) By law, if you pass anyone over the age of 70 in the street, you must bow to them and say a prayer to the Gods of the Ancients. (China) To go to college you must be intelligent. (China) Rescuing a drowning person is not allowed as it would be interfering with their fate. (China) Children under the age of 5 must not be locked in a refrigerator. (Canada) It is legal for a man to divorce his wife if he finds out after marriage that she wasn’t a virgin. (Brazil) It is illegal to leave your house without wearing underwear. (Thailand) It is illegal for a man to have sex with a woman and her daughter at the same time. (Bolivia) A girl must have written permission from her father before she can wear a mini skirt that is more than 4 inch above her knee. (Belgium) You must not call any person over the age of 32 a “virgin” in case they become offended. (Bangladesh) Kids as young as 15 can be jailed for cheating on their finals. (Bangladesh)

Some sound ridiculous..others outright funny... Oyibo and their craziness sha... Most of these laws should've been left to common sense and morality. Haba! |
