I just came across this and thought I should share! smiley Here are Lord Macaulay’s reported views
expressed on 2nd February 1835(See
below regarding the quote):
“I have travelled across the length and
breadth of India and I have not seen one
person who is a beggar, who is a thief.
Such wealth I have seen in this country,
such high moral values, people of such
caliber, that I do not think we would ever
conquer this country, unless we break
the very backbone of this nation, which
is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and,
therefore, I propose that we replace her
old and ancient education system, her
culture, for if the Indians think that all
that is foreign and English is good and
greater than their own, they will lose
their self-esteem, their native culture
and they will become what we want
them, a truly dominated nation.”

Everywhere steals.

No culture can exist without stealing aka borrowing.

I would not call this stealing/borrowing.

This is robbery.

Connecting the bolded with your question, the bolded has been the plan which has 110% achieved in Africa.

It cuts through politics, economy, social and spiritual. It is so bad...

smh... This is typical white supremacy crap. Its been in their playbook for a really long time. Its the exact same thing they did to the slaves they brought from Africa to America (my ancestors). Its partly the reason some black folk in America have the mentality they have today which is very sad indeed. Its reversible. I hope one day Africa breaks her chains. Oddly, though Im not African culturally, I do feel a kinship with West Africans/central africans because I am ethnically African.
