shocked
really need your advice O

Went to the canadian immigration website , was just lazing aroung browsing , doiNg all sort of things .I clicked on a link and got redirected to a job bank's website.Just felt like applying , even though I was sure ,I would nt be called .Applied to about 40 firms specializing in my field. Then since last week many offer interest started .Once when I was queuing for a BRT ,they called, and sent the written offer which I received the next day. The offer is exactly what I asked for no more no less.

Gosh what do I do.Quit my Job?I told my boss here in lagos that I wuld quit end of this month, the guy is giving me a coun ter offer(of couurse not up to the one some canadian firm are offering).

I am confused and at a cross-road. I have a lot of good benefits currently,.There are also some down sides. For example there has not been much upward movement in the past year(I am just a yr old@ work)

I want to celebrate, but I feel a huge decision weighing on my shoulders.

Any thoughts on what people do in situations like this?
sad
