1. Only one lane is done in some portion of the Anambra end. The other lane is totally untouched (I was in Akwa from Enugu lately).
2. The places done is by Anambra from State purse. FG is yet to refund a dime. (It is hard to retrieve refunds from FG)
3. Enugu section is totally untouched. 9th Mile is an eyesore. In some places, the second lane is totally non-motor-able.

Just putting the record straight. It is an open secret and a glaring fact.

Yes the road is not yet completed but work is seriously going on in it. Bridge head to Tazan has been totaly completed it just remains making betwen Upper iweka & Inosi Onira (Ziks house round about.)

Those saying cheap project are just haters and enimies of progress. The road was scraped to over 4feet deep some places like Unizik Junction was scraped over 10feet deep before they started working on it...

GEJ has not fulfilled all his electoral promise to Ndi Anambra but he has done some...

Willie is really continueing & completing what Peter Obi started with GEJ‘s permission...

Dude,u make total sense which i quite like.What irks me is the OP wants to use this road as campaign material for PDP federal administration n I say a capital NO to that.If anyone should have bragging rights,it should be the APGA-led administration in Anambra state,past n present.PDP should go look for their campaign material elsewhere,maybe work on n finish the Amansi-Ninth Mile portion in record time.If they want to use this one,they should refund us all our money spent on it fast.
