Chief Nyesom Ezenwon Wike, PDP Guber Flagbearer and his running mate Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Banigo. Dr. Banigo, a former Secretary to the Rivers State Government, is an astute administrator and comes with many years of experience in the public sector. When elected, she'd make history as the first female Deputy Governor of Rivers State.
