Czarskit,this is the best link I could find out there for MsDict that works but downloading it is gonna be tricky,so just follow the instructions here.
First of all,it is a mobile site so you can only download from your phone.You can't download it from your computer.Ok,download the MsDict Viewer s60v3 324kb HERE .
Then download this MsDict Pack 5mb HERE and follow the instructions on unpacking the pdb files on the text file inside the zip file.

Czarskit,if you like(but it is necessary),download this MsDict zip file HERE and extract only the pdb file to this location:
e:/documents/Msdict
and paste it in the above location.
Remember,you can only download this MsDict files link I posted from your phone o.E no go gree download for PC o!
