if i meet obasanjo face to face, i will simply start with a smile.
i will start by thanking him as the best president nigeria has ever seen according to claims here as well as the best gift nigerians have ever had in the name of yar adua. i will thank him for all his effeorts in making nigeria a great country making my refference point to the gsm.
i will surelly thank him for all his efforts while in office and afterwards.

while all these were going on in the physical, i will be coursing him and his generations in my heart for all the sufferings he has caused nigerians both home and abroad. i will not fail to call him a dog in my heart for sleeping with his daughter inlaw.
This is very funny.

I would ask him a lot of questions about "Major Nzeogwu", How he was? Who Killed him? And many more, all to dig deep and get his opinion on this great man that lived and left before his time,

A 14 year old thread. 14 years after, Nigeria is a very big shame compared to what Obasanjo left behind. Tribalism and corruption has eaten deep into our fabric. 80 Billion naira was stolen by the AGF of the Federation. Another 400 billion naira by the AG of rivers state. And many other stories of theft, discovered and undiscovered, told and untold. There are wars in the North-East and South-East. Ipob and unknown gunmen now exist. Boko Haram and bandits are now household names spilling litres of Nigerian blood on a daily. It's a shame but Nigeria is tending towards a failed state. And yeah One of the elitist musicians, Nigeria ever had, Sound Sultan is dead. He was one of those who defined the developing Nigerian music pop scene, He and so many others like Sasha, Tuface, Eedris Abdul Kareem spoke about the ills of Nigeria. Now no one except Burna Boy is speaking, he won himself a grammy.
Nigeria is like a sad woman whose children have abandoned her after having giving the best of her life to them. They call her a mere geographic expression but she blessed her children with crude oil, natural gas, gold, iron ore, tin and a good weather. But she also gave birth to rogues, a populace that always want to cut corners, a populace always at war with each other. Is it a Nigerian thing again or is it just Mother Earth being herself helpless with her children?
Obasanjo left behind hope, no matter how faint, it was strong enough to support a belief in Nigeria. 14 years after, I am taking a 360 degree turn in search of hope for Nigeria, I am very disappointed and very much afraid with my findings. Fela Durotoye had great hopes in Nigeria, I pray he still he has. I still wonder why he ran for president 3 years ago when he could have just started small being a member of the house of senate, sanitizing his constituency and creating an example for other leaders to follow.
Obasanjo is still alive but he is tired of bearing the burdens of an ailing country on his frail body. He has a PhD now, very inspiring man I must say. He has laboured, done what he could. His labour might just be in vain if Nigeria falls to smithereens. This is the year 2022 and Nigeria is still not getting it right. The old men are still in the saddle. Buhari has ruined this country, his partners in crime (Osinbajo and Tinubu) are still gearing up to either nail the coffin or put the country on life support. When Nigeria will implode, I really don't know. I pray I get my children to safety if it does. Nigeria is failing me, I would be stupid to entrust my children's future into its bleeding hands. Oh well, a gunman just killed 14 people in an elementary school in Texas yesterday. Is Nigeria this earth's problem again or are humans generally just despicable beings?
