Yes, if and only if she is paying attention to someone else but I might stay if it's just that she is not ready for a relationship. The scenario u painted up there seems a tad selfish, she is not ready for a relationship with u yet probably because she still wants to enjoy life a little (a girl once told me this) but she wants to keep you in the background as a fall back option because she believes you have right qualities.
