The disease your doctor could miss that as made you not pregnant yet. Endometriosis is a condition in which the cells that line the uterus, the endometrium, somehow get outside of the uterus and implant in the pelvis. The endometrium is the lining of the uterus which is shed at each menses. This displaced endometrium will continue to respond to the hormonal changes in your body resulting in pain, scarring, and infertility. There are several different theories as to how endometrium cells get outside of the uterus. Who gets endometriosis? What are the symptoms? How is endometriosis diagnosed? How does endometriosis effect fertility? How is endometriosis treated? How do I know if I have endometriosis? Check on anwers/ details on http://www.monilinks.com/index.php?topic=20.msg20#new |
