For several years, Nigerian subscribers’ privacy has been violated with unsolicited promotions by telecommunications operators. Oftentimes such promotions, do not leave an option to opt out willingly. source: http://sunnewsonline.com/new/?p=98771 |

I'm sure we might at one time or the other been in a situation where we feel cheated by these network providers (mtn, Glo, etisalat and airtel) share your experiences and tell us your reactions at that particular time |

I never subscribe for anything "promo" with MTN yet my money is deducted. I called the customer care and told them to deactivate all promos on my SIM and I was told it was done only to receive new promo messages and dedication from my MTN SIM about 2hours later. of all the service providers MTN has been the one introducing and leading the way to other providers on new ways to defraud subscribers. I wish they are chased out of Nigeria to allow sanity back into the system. To me, it is like they pay and train staffs to think of newer methods of defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians |
