pls how do we disable a stolen ATM card from paying cash. my friends ATM was just stolen and someone is withdrawing money from her ecobank account,

Let her report the matter to her bank immediately.
Ask yr friend is there somebody that knows her pin? Then watch the suspect closely.

thanks, we called the customer care line and they disabled d card. they withdrew d money in her gtb account but none from the ecobank account. I wonder how they got her gtb pin becos the cards were stolen from the car where we went to see someone.

GTB is prone to ATM withdrawl issues , my friend's 110k was stolen via ATM all the cash was stolen through ATM at about 11.55pm to 12.40am , the bank refuse to show him the pictures captured by the ATM camera who stole the csah , so he call in his lawyer but he was advice to forget about it because the lawyer's charges was more than the 110k stolen, so dont keep much in your GTB account.
Note that you cannot do ATM transfer on any GTB ATM machine.
