National Health Bill 2014: Removing A Patient's Organ(s) Without Their Consent by dein77(m): 4:30pm On Jan 09, 2015 |
This thread may be very unpopular at the moment due to the deserved attention paid to threads mentioning either GMB or GEJ. However, I pray it gets the necessary attention as the thread is a critical one. Actually, it was created in response to an ongoing thread here where fellow Nairalanders are debating whether or not its true that the US and E.U are planning to create serious crisis to our economy, and that there are plans by the US. and E.U to massively transfer vital organs, including millions of ovaries, for their stem cell research works. These are serious allegations, shaaa The National Health Bill, 2014, was passed by our National Assembly, and signed into law by Mr. President last year. There are rumours that the Bill gives a medical practitioner the right to remove vital organs of patient(s) when brought in during an emergency. I don't believe our lawmakers will be that foolish and dumb to insert such a section or clause in the Bill. However, many people believe that it is the case. Fellow politicians, lets critically look into this matter, and enlighten ourselves, where necessary. |
