Responsibilities:
• Plan the studies and design work, and prepare and lead launch and final review meetings
• Responsible for organizing internal and external resources to meet the requirements of the project
• Directs the bid submission study (identifying risks, managing the work schedule, optimizing the study internally and externally, as well as taking responsibility for it, and preparing and leading meetings) and finalizes the submission of the bid
• He presents bid to the client and leads the negotiations
• He transfers project dossier to the construction team
• Provide advice to management and other senior managers concerning all contractual related issue
• Participate in project planning and execution and liaise with clients on all contract matters
• Ensure timely and accurate management of contracts in the contractual management
• Involves in reviewing and revising contractual documents for legal sufficiency prior to execution

Requirements:
• First degree in any Engineering field
• Minimum of 4 years' of Construction or Engineering Experience
• Good Communication, Presentation,
• Interpersonal and Time Management Skills
• Detail Oriented, Articulate, Proactive, Self Confidence
• Ability to prioritize and schedule work to meet deadline
