Press Statement from Obiekunie Campaign Movement

"It have come to our notice that Certain faceless Individuals and Groups who seek to Destroy the Ukpor Agenda and Continue the repressive reign of corruption in Nnewi South 11 constituency have resort to Politics of Impunity, Recklessness and Direct threat to Human Life.

They are now threatening some of my friends especially those in the South-East with Hidden Phone Number, threatening to fight us to the last and ensuring that I Hon Nwabunwanne Obi ( Obiekeunie) will not win nor bring about qualitative Representation to my Good people of Nnewi South 11 constituency at the Anambra state House of Assembly.

Such Infantile threatening Phone calls cannot dissuade me or my overwhelmingly supporters.

Let me make it very clear that i cannot be intimidated because my decision to via for the House of Assembly is build on solid Decorum to bring about Positive change to my people. Politics to me is not a buisness but a Divine Calling from God, we cannot afford to fail God .

No amount of threat, Intimidation, cajole or even direct attack on my life can stop me, i'm always willing to sacrifice my life to protect this mandate given to us by the Almighty God.

Thanks for all your efforts and support i'm humbled by it and i wish to categorically state that the source of my strength in this Political Journey is the knowledge that you the People are with me in body, spirit and soul. I will not disappoint you.

This is not my fight alone , its not just my seat. Its our seat. Its the people's movement and no force of arms, threat or intimidation can stop a People whose time for Revolutionary change is now!
