I have already seen pictures of children being registered by PDP. I have heard reports of PDP giving out forms that claim those who fill it out will receive benefits from the government if they hand over or swipe their PVC on a machine. I'm very happy at least one of their disgustingly desperate attempts to rig this election has been halted.
