As long as the age gap with whom you are crushing on is not too much, say 3-5 years older, you have nothing to worry about.

I believe it's all about preference; it depends on what you want but unfortunately, some will come here to tell you that you need spiritual help and suggest you go for deliverance. Please understand you're desire is normal but it is better you watch it lest your attention towards older ladies throw you into the pit of "sugar-mummism".
