It gave a somewhat oily appearance on the cup, the mixture tested less awful than both constituents, intact it smelled and tasted fruity but I still felt the herbs.
Maybe with mixing these bitters with vinegar, one can benefit from the active herbs without the awfulness of alcohol.

And BTW I used rice vinegar.
