Summary of Job Description:
• To provide support in an entire transaction chain from origination through to structuring and execution phases, with key emphasis on the financial analysis and reporting
Key Tasks:
• Research and analyse financial and non-financial data to inform transaction decision making
• Prepare financial/ non-financial presentation materials.
• Develop, interpret and update basic – complex financial models for potential and live projects
• Prepare documentation and presentations to secure model acceptance and approval
• Periodic project performance and credit review of investments
• Portfolio management of booked assets and investments
• Regular client and project site visits as part of on-going management of asset portfolio
• Perform various ad hoc analysis/reporting/financial projects;
• Support end-to-end management of assigned projects i.e. from project definition to project implementation & close
• Perform other financial/ non-financial project management related tasks as required
