[b][/b]Job Summary[b]
Overall marketing management through leading the development and the execution of the business plan. To achieve volume and market share objectives as per the business plan
Duties and Responsibilities[b][/b]
•With the management team develop comprehensive and fully integrated annual business and marketing plans, Including targets and metrics.
•Develop marketing strategies and serve as primary strategy advisor to the business units. Ensure alignments of capture plans with corporate strategies.
•Forster communication between individuals, business units and offices to ensure information distribution and resource utilization are capitalizing on the strengths of the firm.
•Manage the overall marketing budget, approve the plans and allocate resources to program that reflect the firm’s vision and strategic position.
•Conduct strategic research in support of the firm’s designated market sectors and explore new growth markets. Develop and implement strategies to expand existing market penetration and enter new markets.
•Work with appropriate team members to create and execute a winning strategy for all key segments. Ensure teams have identified the appropriate benefits and differentiators.
•Supervise the marketing support and business development staff.
•Ensure all materials are appropriately focused on client benefits and differentiators while consistent with the firm’s promotional identity.

[/b]Requirements and Qualifications[b]
•First Degree in marketing or related field. An MBA with focus in marketing mandatory for this position.
•8+ years of marketing management experience with five years in senior role
•Experience in ICT, preferable subscriber based business.
•Significant track record in marketing management with knowledge experience and proven results in all areas: results measurement, research, branding and management of task, people and programs.
•Strategic thinker with strong visionary skills.
•Keen analytical and creative mind.
•Advance communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
•Self motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
