It is no surprise to me, because i know from the beginning that Buhari is a lier. What really surprised me is the f00ls in the south who are druming support for Buhari when southern people resident in the north say BIG NO to Buhari because they know who he is. GEJ is building more schools...good....but no thought to future funding.(Past leaders built a lot of schools....)

I think His Excellency needs to raise school fees,privatize universities, and use the saved money to fund primary and secondary education more.
