I've had a couple but i will share some scary ones.

During my days in school, UNN to be precise. I stayed at Mbanefo Hostel and in this particular evening we , the engineering guys went for the wake keep of one of our colleague who lost his dad. And wow! drink was everywhere, especially palm wine mixed with small stout. We drank and drank, meanwhile i am a light drinker.

N/B: From this point i didn't remember any of these. I was told the next morning.

After the program we headed home, and because i was drunk, my colleagues, two of them escorted me back, as we all stay in the same hostel. We climbed to the 4th floor where our rooms are. And then I felt like throwing up, so i got up and headed towards the rest room. And so i walked, and walked ( the rest rooms are located at an extension part of the building at the end of the stair way corridor ).

Now here is the scary part. There is an incomplete section at that extension where we have a big opening (hole) on the floor which would drop you down to the ground floor if one mistakenly fell into it. Meanwhile i kept walking, oblivious of where i was heading to. Just less than one pace to the hole one of my friends screamed! grabbed and pulled me back. Of course i wasn't conscious of all these.

This happened in 2001. If not for him I would have been a dead man today.

Scene 2: In my apartment in Lagos, my landlord requested i help him with the borehole machine connection, as it had tripped off. I was in a hurry and so i collected the screw driver he brought and along. When i got to the electrical box i found naked wires, and so i asked him if he has switched off the Main Power source. He said he did that before coming down. So i went into work, touching the naked cables with my bare hands and putting them in their right places. After i was through i went myself to switch on the Main Power Source. Behold when i got there i found it was ''ON''. I was shocked! I went to the old man and asked him ''but you told me you switched off the Main''! And he said, ''well i sent my son to do it before i sent for you''. I went to my room, picked up my tester, went to the connections i made and tested it for voltage. There was RED on them wires. I shivered ........................

I call it miracle, or it wasn't just my time to say bye bye to planet Earth.

Well it seems you just scanned through, and i have because of you put it in Bold to remind you i was told the next morning. And i'm no superman, what i call it is miracle. If i had known they were naked would i have even dared to touch them. Abeg park well well if you dont believe in Miracles.
