What it means is that good food and cooking well for
your man can make him love you well and also
listen/give you attention after a nice meals .
Some would argue that this was largely possible in
the olden days.
In this contemporary society where restaurants and
junk foods exist, "good food often doesn't get to
most men's heart again but only can get his stomach.
The irony is that in the olden days...a man only eats
what his wife cooks. If his wife didnt cook or cant
cook well he wont happy. There were no restaurants
or barbecue or shawarma or mama shola canteen
where he can go and eat somefn. Its strictly what the
wife cooks that a man eats. Best alternative is to eat
at a friends place but cz of self respect n pride, they
wont do so. Hence, once their wives can cook
well...the men appreciate their wives alot. On-the-
other-hand, in this modern society some men dont
really care about how a woman cooks Cuz they have
many feeding alternatives such as restaurants,
canteens, bukka and etc etc. Thats why the ratio of
men against women goin to restaurants and bukka is
about 10:2 respectively.
Most women/gals thus have seemed to be replacing
the theory of [stomach = mans heart] with the theory
of [sex = mans heart] and most men are largely
comfortable with this change of theory because men
love sex.
The worrying part of this change in theory is that [sex
= no mans heart but sex = mans penis/sexual
desire].

WHY and HOW?
Simply because one day sex will get boring and men
(naturally) loves adventure and would always seek
for a new sexmate. Even if you search for the whole
sex info on internet, watch many Bleep movies for
lessons, read the whole kamasutra books cuz you
claim [sex = mans heart] and u wanna pin him with it
to love you, that man will always leave you cuz he
will only see you as a spoilt gal or a freak. Then what
is the value of [sex = mans heart]
When you stroll back and look at [stomach = mans
heart] it is largely still effective but the problem is
that most gals are lazy to cook these days. Some see
it as a burden.
How effective is it?
If you wanna try, anytime your man is at work call
him and ask him what he wanna eat. Cook it well and
tell him you are done...he wil rush home after work
and avoid restaurants because he knows he will feed
better at home. Do that constantly and u will have
your man always at home with you and indirectly you
will have his heart on a platter of gold.
However, as a gal/woman you have to avoid cooking
late. If your man closes work by 5pm...make sure the
food is ready by 5pm or 6 at most. Dont give him
reason to wanna eat out cuz he believes hunger will
wound him before u finish cooking around 7pm or
8pm. Make him to come home and eat... Let him eat
well and he will feel lazy to go out and hang out with
friends cuz there wont be space in his stomach again
for goat meat, nkwobi, asun, fish, jack Daniels, beer
etc. If you cook for him well too and demand i.e for
N10,000 for foodstuffs over foods you can cook with
just N4,000 he will get it for you (if he can afford it)
because he knows the quality of what you cook for
him. The more he stays at home the more you two
gets attached to each other.
Even during weekends, make sure he eats once he is
hungry. Dont say you are tired or anything dats y u
cant fix him wat to eat always. Make fruits available
always to eat in between meals. Dont make ya man
go hungry when you are available. That way he wont
have reason to say “i want to go and see someone
that is owing me" when he really wanna go and look
for what to eat outside. Once he finds that restaurant
that is appealing to him and eats there... I swear to
you...that invisible debtor (the restaurant) will keep
owing him *food satisfaction* for years as long as
you dont do what you are supposed to do. If care isn't
taken he will love the restaurant/fastfood foods more
than your food and when he comes home daily you
will begin to hear "baby am not hungry, i took gala
and water at work. Kinda filled up abit". You wont kno
that the money meant to be coming home is entering
another womans purse. Secondly restaurants and fast
foods use fine gals as sales gals and often atimes
these gals get fond of some male customers who
they usually give special attention and larger food
portions to when serving them. [and u know
restaurant/fast food sales gals have their ways of
getting into bed with customers; of which one of the
customers can be your man].
Its a whole long process so to cut it short, I stand with
[stomach = mans heart] instead of [sex = mans
heart] not because i personally love good foods but
cuz the latter theory isn't realistic in getting a mans
heart.
