Is it wrong to date a guy extremely (by like 10years) older than you. The bible, to the best of my knowledge, does not condemn it. The case is even more complicated as he is divorced. Please I need views.... She likes him and he likes her.... So should they give it a try... Though divorce is more commonized in the "western world"; the bible, again to the best of my knowledge, gives specific reasons why a couple is permitted to divorce... His doesn't fall within this perview... |

Bonethugss:Marrying someone much older than you may be a societal ill. But Love is not a respecter of Age. If they find themselves compatible then why not? Besides I don't think 10 years is a very big age gap for marriage if you ask me. |

Bonethugss: My friend was in a similar situation about 3 years ago and it worked out fine for him and his girlfriend. They are happily married now. There are advantages and disadvantages, depending on how you view it. Circumstances vary and religion plays an important role, which should not be ignored. If you say which religion (as there are so many different religious doctrines), I may give you more information as to how your friend may handle the situation and the right questions to ask before she gets to the point of no return. |
