PowerThe Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs Dieziani Allison-Madueke has announced a drop in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit, popularly known as petrol from N97 to N87 due to the drop in global crude oil prices.

The Minister said the directive is to take effect immediately during a press conference at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Sunday.

Listen people, it is a shame that we, citizens of crude exporting country, have always bought petrol at such exorbitant rate because we export crude and import PMS (and other petroleum products) but it is a bigger shame that since the price of crude crashed, Nigeria is just reducing price.

No wahala.

But don't let them use that as a campaign tool. Got nothing to do with elections but everything to do with economics set by global price crash in crude.

We shall buy at 87 or even 27 bucks per litre and still vote out this government come FeBuhari 14th. Datz it!
