It’s no news that about 90 youths under the Delta State Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP), were airlifted from the shores of Nigeria for vocational training on the islands of Trinidad&Tobago; and Barbados in the West Indies last month, but information at our disposal revealed that these students are more or less in a torture dungeon in the hand of Delta State government.

Though the program advertised itself as one that would train students on agriculture, tourism, hospitality, and culinary arts, findings has it that entire program is a scam.
