Hello, am trying to submit a Canadian visa application for someone but the website is asking for travel history to proceed. They don’t have travel history. What can I do?. “All must be submitted to proceed”.

phylisUG:If none, still upload the data page there so you can move ahead. You can't possibly manufactur travel history But again, travel history column popped up because MAYBE you answered yes to a question that's supposed to be no. So go back and check answers to your questions 1 Like |

Hello, am having a problem with a friends application. Am trying to submit the application online. She is attending a business expo in canada so in the options I have chosen business as purpose of visit and also ticked “to carry out international business activities” as I I was advised that this is the option for people attending conferences and business expo. Now the problem is, when I get to the panel of required documents most documents are not asked for. They’re not even asking for bank statement, proof of funds or any documents related to work, employment and business. I have put a screenshot of the menu below. Will they ask for more documents after?.

Hello, I have a partial sponsor for my visit visa to canada. Can I upload my personal bank statement and my sponsors bank statemnt together under the proof of funds tab on the online application portal? I intend to merge both statements into one pdf file then upload. Is that okay? |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Nobody: 4:14pm On Feb 16, 2023 |
rockachic:IRCC says the files must be submitted as one. So it’s okay to bunch all docs that prove funds together and upload them as one file. There is a page before you reach the document checklist where it is stated. |

rockachic:Get a file compressor and choose extreme compression. The size limit is 4MBs per upload. With that option all files will fit. I don’t agree with bunching them up with the main docs. |

Still no update on my application since then, the thing just tire me. My last visit visa in 2017 was issued in just 2days. I don't understand why this is taking too long o. Anyone applicants from May 2022 who has gotten their visa yet? |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by ericman77: 5:36pm On Feb 18, 2023 |
Oldfashioned145: The processing time for a student visa application is currently 3 to 4 weeks, while the processing time for a Canada visitor visa application is indefinite and seems to be constantly increasing. It is currently at 1 year, and there is a possibility that it may be extended to 2 years. I believe that students contribute significantly to the Canadian economy, while visitor visas may not be as economically significant." 3 Likes |

rockachic:Interesting! It could be that IRCC avails different features for each region. Am currently using the website and the limit is 4MBs for east Africa. Am wondering why it I the case. |

To start, it's important to note that the requirements for a Canadian tourist visa can vary depending on your specific circumstances, such as your country of origin and the purpose of your visit. Generally speaking, you will need to provide proof of your travel plans, such as your itinerary and accommodations, as well as evidence of your ties to your home country, such as your job or family. It's also important to note that the application process can take several weeks, so it's best to apply as early as possible before your planned trip to Canada. Read More Visit Us! |

Hello, I am new here. My mum's visa was just approved and passport has been requested. What are the documents I need to include in order to mail via dhl or can I use UPS? Do I need to make payment online? Biometrics was done in Lagos. She has only 2 weeks left before the 30 days timeline given expires but it is quite a long distance for her to travel down to submit and pick up. Someone please help. Thank you 1 Like |
