Good evening house, please I need you guys to help me with email of VO to contact them to update my tracking platform so that I will be able to access the tracker and get info about my application status.

East time to try register track it says my information may not have been entered into the system and it may take some times for it to be put into the system and when it's entered I will be able to register.

Since 29th April I received BVL I don't know if my application status if approved and visa number updated. This is really frustrating mehn.

I need the gurus advice please and email contact to reach out to them for updates.

Instead of asking for tracker, send mail for final decision. I’m sure it’s ppr, if na refusal, it would have dropped since. They’re fast to refuse application, na ppr dy delay.

Visa document updated: May 1 (I booked my flight that night)

Write a consent letter authorizing madam to travel with the Kids and include a copy of passport data page. Nigeria immigration may ask for it.

I eventually sent an email to the link given in the refusal letter and they responded just an hour latter.
And they expressly mentioned that they applied charge back on the application as you have mentioned.

The application was done for them by an agent. How should an agent that was paid for his job apply a CHARGEBACK ?

PLEASE CAN THIS CHARGEBACK BE THE MAIN REASON THE VISA APPLICATION WAS DENIED ?

You can still write just don’t sound desperate. Something like the delay in ppr is affecting your decision making, you’ll like to plan yourself etc…

Probably a document was missing or he didn’t pay the necessary fee. I can see he sent it to Abuja, did he capture his biometrics in Abuja or lagos? If it was lagos, did he pay transmission fee? If yes, then confirm from the documents below if he included all.

Documents:
-2 duly signed consent forms.
-2 copies of passport data page
-Passport Request Letter
-Yellow / white sticker biometric slip
-Receipt of payment of transmission fee
N9,410 (you will pay this fee if you didn't capture biometrics at Abuja VFS)

I applied for a visitor /tourist visa bvl as issued since April 29 and visa number already on tracker since May 1, I don't think someone that's going for a tourist can send a emotional message lol.
