Good evening everyone! Please a Canadian citizen wants to send me an invitation to aid my visiting visa application. Does it help in fastening my visa application and possible positive feedback? 1 Like |

No doesn't count for possible positive feedback or fast track. But if the Canadian citizen is your siblings with same surname I can say that can help to fast track in the past but I don't know now. Pauclipse: 2 Likes |

Hello house, please I’m applying for TRV for myself and family, wife and 2 kids- the other child was born in America and doesn’t need a visa. Using the new online visa portal, do I still need to fill visa form for every member of the family? Again, traveling with a family of 5 and I have stated having 30,000CAD for a period of 3weeks stay, is this amount okay? It doesn’t mean the money will be exhausted I just don’t know how things are there. |

orjohn24: Na them dey mislead people See how the person write the thing like say na so e easy Getting a job on a VV is like passing a Camel through a needle. Make Dem dey talk true. But they will see you as enemy Go on Instagram pages and see people sharing true life experiences that they have been in Canada for months, they can't get job and they don't know how to go back, while some went back after 4months because money is burning. Why will any employer waste energy and time to sponsor a VV when they can get PR, students etc than giving themselves headache to defend why they want you without any skills and qualifications at all. I am not saying it is impossible, but from YouTube of real life experiences, Instagram, Facebook and even what I see when I travel too etc I don't think I will advise my enemy to ply this route and become illegal, putting your immigration record on blacklist. You can use the history to boost your point to apply to visit more countries. 4 Likes |

chuksvin: Yes, you will fill out an application for each member of your family that is traveling with you apart from anyone with an American passport. You will be asked under the group information ''Do you want to apply for more than 1 person at the same time''? Click yes, and then follow the instructions. Your bank balance is good if it is not a lump sum that you cannot account for. 1 Like |

Our youth don't like to hear the truth. When you tell them how difficult it is to get LIMA, they will see you as an enemy of progress. Even with your IT credentials, you will be competing with thousands of IT gurus from Indian and other Asian countries. Converting a visitor visa to a work visa in Canada is very difficult. It's like a camel that wants to pass through the eyes of a needle. 9 Likes |

I have warned many here and will continue to warn to avoid regrets, do not waste your funds coming to canada with visit visa with the intention of getting a job and settling. Do not waste your funds .it’s difficult to get jobs even for PR holders and students It is difficult. Visitors have no chance. I live here and I am advising you. Even before you make that move coming with student visa , think twice. Except if your plans is to come and study and go back home . Only 30% of students get PR after studies . It is even tougher now. No CEC draws, EE draws stood at 500 Crs , 2years course + 2 years working experience and ielts 9 bands will be around 480 Crs , many PGWP holders have just few months left expiry with no chance of getting ITA as we speak. Canadian government make things difficult for students to transit to PR . They rather waste their funds on asylum seekers who cooked up lies to get easy stay without breaking a sweat, whereas those who have spent over 60k cad studying are left to waiting for a miracle ! The best way to get here is through PR ( express entry) it is not easy but it is the best way for those who are extremely brilliant young and have good credentials with work experience. 13 Likes 1 Share |

Nbv1: I read about people comments here,it really amazed me,to convert visit visa to work visa is difficult,to go as student is problem,to get lmia problem,to even claim asylum is double wahala, the only way now is to go through PR.Nigerians why are we making things difficulty for ourselves? Many people forgotten that we all come from different background, some will spend 6months in Canada, they will tell you it's difficult to get job after spending years in Nigeria without getting job, even some has never travel out of Nigeria telling you what is going on in Canada, now people should spend almost 30k Canadian dollar to study and come back to Nigeria to resume job that is not there! How many graduate in Nigeria today is getting 500k a month in this country? How many parents can pay school fees abroad with this present situation. This lmia you are talking about why are the Indian getting it?why is it only Nigerian getting problem at the point of entry? It's because we are enemies of ourselves,Indian are the most fraudulent people, still they don't have issues with them.My advice is this,if anyone ask how to convert visit to work give him/her available options and let them try their luck, don't discourage people.Basically this forum was launched to educate people on how to go about their application, documents to use, time frame for approval and testimonies from people for others to learn.Stop discouraging people, and stop fighting, nothing is impossible in the eye of God.Many got there and made it through visit visa, many did with student visa and also with PR.Let always be our brothers keepers!!! 14 Likes |

Hola55: Continue to give people fake hope, and your brother that landed on a vv with his family got a job and convert it to wp yet via LMIA? This 2023 that ur statement tbat many arrive with vv and got LMIA is not true .some will claim asylum and get work premit but willcome online to pretend it via LMIA.people should have a backup plan and not focus all effort on LMIA to avoid been stranded .and nigeria not good that one no concern canada govt to bend the rule to accept us..canada immigration do not work based on sentiment or ur country economic issues .pray to the God that can do all things to fix our country so we can stay home and enjoy our country too..home sweet home! 3 Likes |

This is a top example of comments I often like to see and read; for those who know me on this thread earlier. So detailed and well explained, it’s your choice to decide, a lot of people need to have a mild expectation about a place and experience it first hand by yourself. Lot of people have this orientation about “ ah Canada is giving visas let’s take this opportunity once and for all” Like I often say, those countries spend more advertising their countries than developing it in the real sense. (I am not saying they do not have a better welfare for their citizens, of-course they do, My wife and I recently had our second child in Canada, so, I mean it worth being a citizen) Yes, a lot of people (would) say it’s still better of Nigeria; that’s why I said experiencing it first hand is the best lesson. AfroBeatDiary: That’s not true but sometimes it delays. If your documentation is not complete or maybe if your documents looks fake. My advice. Do not use fake bank statements to avoid them look at it for complete 1yr This is the right answer of visa duration for Canada visa 1 Share
