Prior to the civil war, regional govts had control on the curriculum of their schools. It was only the SW that included local languages specifically Yoruba. Buhari's latest certificate is dated 1961! It was after the civil war and the setup of a central administrative body with relevant education ministry that a universal curriculum was adopted. Buhari's certificate is a fraud because Cambridge or WASC did not offer Hausa! Liar mohammed you don kill Buhari career! |
