You are wrong,nigerian women of today don't change their surnames fully so that they can easily check out of the marriage anytime they want to,what they do is to add ur own surname to their fathers surname. You mentioned women changing their homes,leaving their families and moving in with men. Op it seems u are not in nigeria,nigeria women even without getting engaged or married move out of their family homes and houses ,they will tell u they want freedom and if care isn't taken she brings in her mama ,it is either you take it or leave it . U mentioned building home ,I will take it as family and not physical structure because no naija babe will join hands with her man to build a house and if it is about family ,she isn't building a family for u but for herself,she will keep telling the kids their father is like all other men and that she is the one that loves them.she is already building an army against u. “She gets fat”,this point really got me cracking, don't men get fat?
