For me it is corruption. It is the bane of the society. In my Masters class in Germany, one of our facilitators who was working with the German aid organisation, GTZ informed us that they release about the same amount for 1 km of road in Africa as is spent in Europe where construction is more expensive but they come and see no road. All the money goes into private pockets. If corruption is not eliminated it can lead to war, insecurity and underdevelopment |
