No one wants to harm "your Son" GEJ.

All we're saying is "Take your mumu son and give us an intelligent son for us to support".

Stop making it seem as if GEJ is the best the Ijaws have to offer, he's making you guys look unintelligent for supporting him.
An d Yoruba supporting an illiterate (excluding me)are what?

And I think your weed has too much Alomo Bitters and Orijin for you to have said this. Instead of blaming and cautioning those who first beat the wardrums up north, you're here hallucinating. Let me tell you the bitter truth: the Ijaw are ready for Buhari and his minions like you. The future shall tell. Bet me. The day Buhari is declared a winner, which is quite impossible, Nigeria may not cease to exist, but the creeks will boil again. And to those who think it would only affect Ijawland, I think your uneducated and myopic brains would understand what is stake once the operation commences. I don't support violence but neither do I support injustice.

Injustice in an election GEJ took part and lost?

You better start the war now since only one outcome is acceptable to you. Because with the trend and what we are seeing in the build up, GEJ can't win.

Please start now! GEJ is going to lose so why delay the inevitable.

Rubbish!

And a Dickson was there, but couldn't caution their untoward ranting. How can u be saying if somebody is not elected there would be war? U can't chose for us. If we say we don't want someone and we need a CHANGE, our opinion should be respected. That's why u hav the "one man, one vote" slogan. Somebody celebrated failures and u want us to tolerate him for another 4 yrs. How's that possible? And to think that dis people ranting are the only ones eating the money without remembering the youths they are instigating is ridiculous. We can't be threatened. Jonathan has milked Nigeria enuf and he must go.
AND REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN'T CHOSE FOR THEM TO BE IN ONE NIGERIA

If the Ijaw First President and probably the last for the next 70 years or more is not allowed to conclude his tenure then chaos is the least Nigeria should expect.

The Ijaws are today in a better position than yesterday to collect all their oil wells from Northerners and their accomplice by fire and force.

I thought a tenure was 4 years or why do we have to conduct an election of everyone that occupies the position of the president automatically gets another term?
You don't know what you are wishing for because war will not benefit anybody.

Who is this one? Are you truly Ijaw or a wannabe? What are you here defending? Politics and party affiliations aside, someone berated your tribe and people and you are here begging him for acceptance?
Gosh! don't tell me you are a coward cos the Ijaws I know are not like you. By the way, who told you modern days wars are fought and won on the basis population? Israel is less that the actual population of Lagos State but, can Nigeria, with her approx 170m , withstand her in battle?
I am a typical Edolite, our population is not much too, but I tell you: No one can insult my people and expect me to run away with my tail between my legs.
I'd rather die of a bullet hitting me on the forehead while fighting for a just course than be killed while cowardly running away.
Once again I pray for a lasting peace in Nigeria. But with the type of comments I am seeing on this thread, such prayers may never be answered. We must a learn to respect other people whose interest contradict ours.

**grins** Don't bother, Barcanista/solomon tonye is confirmed coward. He sucks yoruba balls for a living, his employers knows his NL username so he must do their bidding to earn his keep. When we introduced ourselves to him, he ran away from Facebook and deleted his twitter handle. We also hear his mum is also yoruba, that explains the cowardly genes. He was the first to drag Igbos into his discussion, let him await his punishment. lipsrsealedlipsrsealedlipsrsealedlipsrsealed **HMMM!**

With the way all these niger delta war mongers on Nairaland are baying for war, one would think that the President turned the Niger Delta into eldorado during this his first tenure. Apart from the handful of extremely wealthy ex militants created by this government, how has Jonathan ' s government affected the Creek dwellers?
