The promo is ending 1st of sept. its 5 naira per minute if you are on the per minute billing system while its 6 naira per min. if you are on the per sec. billing system! Their are ads about it on the radio

Please the promo is #5/min for you on the per min. billing and 10kobo per sec for those on per second billing for calls made within 12:30am to 4:30am on a daily basis. Please this does not relate to booster users.having any problem on this send me a mail.
