"Problems" is quite generic, you might want to be more specific. Is it that the batteries no longer charge at all, or their performance has dropped? Chances are that you did not charge the UPS for a long while (at least 6hrs) before you started using it, as is instructed in most UPS manuals. |

are u electrically inclined? u might actually be able to replace d batteries |

The problem is that even if you charge the batteries for six (6) hours or more, the UPS still goes off immediately the light goes off. Am thinking if I can trade it in, in a computer shop for some money. |
