I just finished reading Things fall apart (great book) and I just thought to myself, If God really does exists, why did he not reveal himself without the use to Caucasian evangelists, I mean why didn't the white people come to Africa to find 'savages' locals worshiping Jesus, why didn't God send angels to spread his word? Why didn't Okonkwo Ebubedike experience the burning bush telling him about Yahwe and his mighty powers, same goes for Muslims, without Arabs seems like Allah is powerless, same with God, it makes no sense that it has NEVER been recorded that locals experienced Christianity years before a white man stepped into their land.

This indicates the fact that our ancestors blindly accepted what was not in there instinct. Also, this means we don't need religion of whatsoever, in order to rightfully exist in this world.

Back to the question, Christianity started after Jesus Christ 'came into the World nd Commissioned it' which happend in modern day Isreal, so as the World increased, more work was done to spread the Gospel throughout the Earth, dats Y in d Bible u will see Pauls' 1st-3rd missionary journeys all in d bid to spread the gospel, BUT paul nd other disciples did nt live on earth 4eva, so the gospel continually spread tru those who the converted, let me categorically state that over 2000years ago Nigeria(nd many African countries xcept Egypt, Ethiopia,Libya e.t.c) MAY nt have been existing @ the advent of christianity, if it was existing it is nt any where near Isreal, nd note dia wia no mass media in ancient times for u to deliver msg u hav to go dia in person, or send msg(in form of letter as St.paul did) tru birds whic was unreliable (imagine sending a bird 4rm Israel to Togo ) nd u will ask d people u r sending d letter to can d read/understand it

First, you must know God is not a God of random actions. He is a God of order. He does things in their order so that each event comes logically after the other.

Know this, if Christ had planned to appear to people of different nations, He wouldn't have sent His followers to go to every part of the world to preach the Good News, He wouldn't have bothered creating the offices of the Apostle, Evangelist, Prophet, Teacher, or Pastor to preach His Word to all Nations, He wouldn't have sent Peter to go to the house of Cornelius to preach the Gospel to Him, neither would He have sent Philip to preach to the Ethiopian Eunuch. He could have appeared to all of them in person and preached His Gospel to them but He didn't do that because God's plan was to make us ambassadors of Christ on earth as He has granted us the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18), that is, the task of reaching out to people for Him.

Thus, God does not spread the knowledge of His Word by supernatural means but by natural means according to His wisdom and good pleasure of His will.

Like I said, God is not a God of confusion. He wouldn't ask us to go into the world to preach His message while He appears to people all over the world to do that. That would have negated His command to preach the Good News, don't you think? It doesn't make sense to me.

Besides, in their days, there was no internet Paul or Peter could use to spread the Gospel all over the world.
