The genesis that led to my seeking this document is that I always wander what the FRSC marshals do on side streets at anthony, aswani, and ilupeju and others when they are not state road safety! It perturbs me each time I see them and I will not give them attention when they are clearly doing the wrong thing! What are your thoughts? Lawyers in the house please comment!
