2.- CIF ROTTERDAM

3.- Seller issues a 1% NON OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND

4.- Buyer issues an IRDLC to activate the PB and the deal .

5.- We are the end buyers , we need $ 12 usd x bbl NET DISCOUNT .

After the first successfull delivery , the seller can cancel the PB .
