I'm in between the devil and the deep blue sea right now. I have two job offer; one as a marketer with a salary of 120k and a customer service representative in a top commercial bank with 75k salary. If you are in my shoes, what will you go for? I'd appreciate sincere comments, Thanks. |

you need to speak with insider from both company to know other package attach to your salary before making your final decision, I personally think that of 75k will have other advantage attach to it, as ur tax will be less, while other benefit will come interm of reimbursement and bonus, which are nt to be tax. the higher ur salary, the more tax you pay. my 10kobo advise to you, is get an insider from both company and let them tell you what is obtainable, again high pay without good working condition, and low pay with rest of mind, dis are part of tinz you really need to look into, befor you pass your judgment. all the best bro. |

if I were in your shoe, I'd walk briskly to a corner, check the quality of the shoe (check if it is Aba or Italian made) and make away with your them. Ok joke apart, I would gladly take the marketing job if I were you. Marketing jobs unlike most folks believe offers one a better career prospect especially if you know what you are doing and you are the hardworking type. Your achievements or records are easily noticeable by the management hereby giving you a brighter chance to quickly climb up ladder. Unlike the customer service Representative job, being a marketer offers you a better avenue to hone/sharpen your entrepreneurship skills, you learn customer and business management first-hand and it also allows you the opportunity to network easily. Records have always shown that most top managing directors started as managers , I don't know why youths over here look down on the job. Friedplantain 1 Like |
