ladies n gentleman, we all know the effects of being fat,ranging from obesity to cardiovascular problems n alot more,i myself,i just noticed that am becoming fat n i can't remember the last time i went to tap soccer,so i decided to do a rigorous research on the few exercise that can make you lose alot of calories in a few time for those that notice what i noticed in their body.


-WALKING
Walking is one thing everybody do in our day to day activities,its an important exercise that burns close to 50 calories in an hour.When it comes to losing weight, walking here isn't just walking casually, u walk at top pace and the only equipment u need is a pair of walking boots and you are ready to lose 50calories in an hour pacy walk.

-JOGGING
Now when it comes to losing weight, JOGGING is a primary aspect in that case,and its burns roughly 300-450 calories in an hour,its doesn't require much tools,just your track wear and a pair of boots for protecting your ankle. its advised to jog like 5mins slowly then sprint up for like 30seconds and the next is catching your breath with a slow jog n so on.

-SKIPPING
This is another neglected exercise that burns alot of fat,skipping intensely for 30 minutes burns more fat that JOGGING for miles n hours.its helps build up muscles and strong bones,for effective skipping execise,skip with your two legs together at a high speed for 5mins then skip at random for another 5mins and so on.

-PUSH-UPS/PULL-UPS/SIT-UPS/SQUATTING
This are execises are usually best done together for effective result, pull-up 20,push-up 30,sit-up 40,squat 50 and relax before u go over again.This builds and harden muscles in your hip region,shoulder,back and ur abs.

-GYMING
Yes gyming,its good to register in a gym for weight lose n muscles building,you know when your muscles start developing, the calories starts burning...
-QUIT CARBOHYDRATES DISHES
I don't care if the say its good for the heart or whatever nonsense, this might not be an execise but its helps alot.

-QUIT SODA'S
Yes,sodas builds up calories in your system,i don't care if they say low calorie but its still manufactures a handful of em

-VISIT THEM
you might think visit who?visit em babalawos n you weight lose is sure thing

-GIVE UP HOPE
If you are very fat that before a guy Bleep u,he has to come in-between you legs from his head or for the guys when u Bleep a lady,she faints at the intensity of you weight, then just give up hopes of losing weightgrin



above all,if u can't do any,just try fucking women that are 10years older than you 3-4 times in a week and lets see the result in a month dude
