.As the Elections are approaching,the major political parties have adopted various campaign strategies. First it was a Cow.,then recharge cards..Then it was a wedding Cake..Now it is a Water Tanker used by the PDP. The Picture was Taken as the Tanker distributed water to The people for free.. . Only God knows wat next will be used for Campaigns now ??
