v. In arriving at our opinion we shell necessarily rely on information and explanations given to us by officials of the company.
vi. We are also expected by law, in arriving at our opinion, to consider and report on the following matters:
vii. Whether proper accounting records have been kept by the company and proper returns adequate for our audit have been received.
viii. Whether the company’s balance sheet and the profit or loss account are in agreement with the accounting records and returns.
ix. Whether we have obtained all information and explanations which we deem necessary for the purposes of our audit.
