Reporting from one the INEC polling units in lagos. There is poor turn out for the collection of PVC in lagos due to the fact that people don't have chance to leave their business or working place. I guess government should at least declare two days public holiday for the collection of the PVCs.

It shows INEC is not at fault. The people are the ones who have refused to pick up their PVC. My mum and brother got theirs yesterday in Lagos and PVCs were available for whoever interested in picking up PVC. 1 Like |

Instead of postponing this election, Jega should ask for a 2 days public holiday from the FG so that many people can pick up their cards. |
