what is really getting me worried is the increasing rate at which fathers and raping their daughters and elderly men are raping babies. i cant even say children because what will i call a 2yr of 4 yr or 5 yr old girl . Are we saying we cant trust our daughters with their fathers . what is this world turning into?and its shameful that our government has not come out with a very strict law for rape. All i can say is that it is a sign that the end is near.

castration is a very good and humane option. not only is it becoming painless these days (chemical castration) but it will also ensure it doesnt happen again. even former convicted rapists who went to jail are likely to rape again.
