Poster, what's your point? America is not heaven, there're corrupt and evil people there too.
But, please don't compare it to Nigeria, in Nigeria, this accused officer will get his emir, iman, reverend, obi and oba to fight for him. His defense would be that it's people of the other tribe who are trying to remove their favorite son from the navy, and before you know it, the accusser becomes the accused, and the original accused will become the victim. He will go on to get promotions upon promotions
