Justice Elizabeth Ipejime today at the High Court in Osogbo Declared Osun State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola Winner of the Election Tribunal this morning.

Aregbesola had defeated PDP's Senator Iyiola Omisore during the polls with 392, 284 votes to 292, 742 votes, both Aregbe and Omisore were absent in court but were ably represented by their party's agents

I still contact somebody in court 10minutes ago and he said the judge have not declare anybody the winner.

You must be deluded! Every sane person knows Aregbesola's street credibility and popularity in Osun was beyond reproach. Most analysts expected nothing different. Aregbesola is well loved in that state.

Good one from the judiciary.I hope some people won't scream rigging when Goodluck is declared winner.
This is one of the good efforts of GEJ to the present Nigeria Electoral system that destroyed years back in the hand of our past leaders. Things like this happened allover not even only in Osun state election.
GEJ with the spirit of good leadership, no self-center or things of my own. He believes he is the overall-father of all other political parties. He is still the first Nigeria president to coordinate a free and fair election. When it is for PDP, he accept and when it is turn of any other party, he also accept, kudos to our ever-able president. He gives free hands to Prof. Gega to do his work and that is all. Please, whatever the results says on 14th Feb, let us celebrate it and move our great Nation forward. Congratulations to Mr Rauf. Thank you.

Its a lie! I am presently here in the Osogbo High Court and the tribunal chairman is currently reading the Judgement! The Judgement is yet to delivered!
