Over the years of losing weight and showing others how it is done... I learnt something very valuable The most important thing that you can do for yourself if you want to lose weight is to watch what you eat and how to eat healthy And this is what nobody focuses on...Nobody Ask anyone "Please what can i do to lose weight?" and the first thing they say is "Start exercising" Wrong.... Very Wrong... Very Very Wrong... If your eating habits is rubbish...then i dey tell you... nothing else matters...not even exercises So here are 10 everyday diet tips to help you lose weight permanently... 1. Drink plenty of water 2. Start your day with a glass of water 3. Mbok Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas...all dem coke and fanta dem. 4. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice 5. Eat a lot of vegetables. 6. Watch what you eat. Keep a watchful eye on every thing that goes in. 7. Control that sweet tooth...Lol 8.
