We'll its still a Scam na. The Federal Civil Service Commission won't do any better. Like someone stated " people paid #1,000 as application fee and yet what happened" ? The slots are still going to be shared but the Commission (if they are in charge like you said) will be cautious and try to make the selection process look transparent that's all.

While I am not the spokesman for Immigration I want all Nairalanders and associates to thread with caution.
Something does not sound right with this link.
Firstly, Immigration is a Federal Public Service and not Federal civil service.
Secondly, recruitments, appointments and terminations of the Service is through a board.
Finally, the Board to the best of my knowledge is charged with the responsibility of advertising for recruitment.

How sure are you? Did you open the link OR go through the pages of the Newspaper he said he read it from? Give us convincing reasons as to why you feel this is scam and if you donot have any, I suggest you tender apology to the Op. We shouldn't discourage the microscopic few who have others at heart by going all the way to see that people on this forum, get informed and maybe have better lives if they are lucky.

If it is genuine then the FG should return our #1000 each, then pay for our white T-shirts/polo, short nicker and canvass plus the stress for organization of previous one and apology from CG of NIS, Minister of Interior, and President GEJ to us else it is another scam to collect our #1000 again to fund the 2015 campaign before March 28 and April 11 elections.
