Given that postponement of elections has given us more time to prepare and taking into cognizance importance of the "First Ladies" in Nigeria's political administration, especially their inputs into any policies affecting the female gender who form about 55% of the voting population, I think it won't be a bad idea if we have a televised debate among wives of all the candidates (the KOWA Party candidate, who happens to be the only female contesting can join in). What do you think? (I ain't joking here).

There is nothing to debate, the offic of the first lady is illegal and unconstitutional. Any "first lady" that wants to play role in government should tell her husband to appoint her as the women affairs minister. QED!

However, we can't deny the fact that women who have assumed that title since the regime of IBB have played significant roles in our national consciousness & will continue to do so. It'll be naive to think that a woman will see her husband directing affairs of a nation without seeking to make inputs, significant ones at that.
